Laborers, Finishers, and Foundation Carpenters

Brookshire Construction is seeking reliable and skilled Laborers, Finishers, and Foundation Carpenters of all experience levels to join our construction team in the Rolla & Cuba, MO area.

Hourly rate: $18.00-$25.00/hr. depending on experience

Location: Rolla & Cuba, MO

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to read blueprints/ plot plans, figure concrete, and set forms
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site, picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards
• Assist in form installation, rebar installation, and placing and finishing concrete
• Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Brookshire's high-quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills, and willing to learn
• Safety and production driven
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
