Master Plumber

Brookshire Construction is seeking a skilled and reliable Master Plumber to join our team in the Rolla & Cuba, MO area.

Salary: $70,000-$90,000 /yr. depending on experience

Location: Rolla & Cuba, MO

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive plumbing systems for residential projects
• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade plumbing systems throughout the construction phases
• Install, repair, maintain pipes, valves, fittings, draining systems, and fixtures in residential structures
• Inspect and review projects to ensure safety and compliance with local state and federal plumbing codes
• Lead and monitor the work of other Plumbers
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep systems operational
• Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and others on projects
• Maintain records of projects, including compliance documentation

Requirements

• A valid Master Plumber license in Missouri
• Minimal 3 years of experience in plumbing within the construction industry
• Proficient use of plumbing tools, equipment, and software
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and plumbing standards
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Push, lift, and pull up to 150 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time
